Maple Syrup Iced Coffee

  • 12 ounces chilled coffee (I use a breakfast blend)
  • 2 tablespoons chilled half & half
  • 1-2 tablespoons 100% Pure Maple Syrup (depending on how sweet you like it)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Ice sphere made of coffee

Tools

– Start by pouring the maple syrup into the bottom of your glass.

– Top with a dash of cinnamon and one ounce of half and half.

– Use a frother to combine these 3 ingredients until well-mixed and foamy (you can also use a whisk or fork, but it might not get as frothy).

– Next, gently add the coffee sphere to the bottom of your glass, and slowly top with the chilled coffee.

– Top with whipped cream and an additional dash of cinnamon, if you feel festive.

This concoction is just as good with warm coffee (just skip the ice sphere, obviously). It’s also great without the cream, if you like your coffee more black.  It’s also great with a shot of espresso vodka. The best part is that you can relax and take your time drinking it—-because the coffee sphere won’t water it down as it melts! Enjoy!
