Serves 2

Superfood Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 overripe banana fresh, or frozen (overripe bananas are extra sweet so less sweetener is needed)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey
  • 2/3 cup 1% milk
  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
– Place all ingredients in blender
– Puree until smooth
– Serve with straw for more fun!
