Serves 2
Superfood Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 overripe banana fresh, or frozen (overripe bananas are extra sweet so less sweetener is needed)
- 1 cup spinach
- 1-2 tablespoon honey
- 2/3 cup 1% milk
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
– Place all ingredients in blender– Puree until smooth– Serve with straw for more fun!
